PREP TIME: 10 MINUTESCOOK TIME: 45 MINUTESSERVES: 4-6 INGREDIENTS2 tbsp coconut oil1 tsp cloves100g smoked tuna, flaked.1 medium onion1 tbsp tomato paste1 tbsp smoked paprika1 tbsp salt2 cups basmati rice1 tbsp saffron5 baby carrots, chopped.1 cup Blanched green peas DIRECTION Heat coconut oil in a saucepan over medium heat, add cloves, stir for a few seconds then add smoked tuna and let it fry for 2 minutes Add onion let sweat for a minute then add tomato paste and let it simmer for 3 minutes whiles stirring continuously to avoid burning Add smoked paprika, salt, stir then add 300ml water and let it boil for 5 minutes Add basmati rice, saffron, baby carrots, stir and let It simmer for 3 minutes.
