Soft Idli that melts in the mouth | Kochu Logam |

Idili rice 2 cups
Urad dal - 1 cup
White Poha - 3/4 cup
Fenugreek - 1 table spoon
Rock salt
Water - 1 glass
Wash and Soak the rice, urad dal, poha and fenugreek for 3 to 4 hrs.
Grind first Poha, Urad dal and fenugreek.
And pour in the container. In the same jar grind the rice. The consistency should be thick and add little water to it around 1 glass.
Mix well with hand after adding the rock salt.
And keep it for 10 to 12 hours.
Then mix well the batter before use.
Add the required amount in the idili plate and steam it for 7 to 8 min. Do not over cook the idilis. It will turn hard.
And serve it with chutneys.
