Ingredients for Holi Special Recipes Chasni wali Gujia:
Ghee - ½ tbsp
Cashew & Almonds Chopped - 6 tbsp
Dessicated Coconut - 6 tbsp
Mawa - 200g
Maida / Plain Flour - 250g
Salt - 1 pinch
Cardamom Powder - ½ tsp
Ghee - 5 tbsp
Water - to make a dough
Sugar - 300g
Pani - 250ml
Kesar - few strands
Elaichi Powder - ¼ tsp
Powdered Sugar - ⅔ cup
Cardamom Powder - ½ tsp
Oil / Ghee - to deep fry
Pista - to garnish
