- Potato - 4 pieces (300 grams)
- Spinach - 1/2 cup, chopped
- Capsicum - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Green chilli - 2 pieces, chopped
- Ginger - 1 tsp, grated
- Fenugreek leaves - 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Carom seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Asafoetida - 1 pinch
- Red chilli - 1/2 tsp, crushed
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - less than 1 tsp
- Sorghum flour - 1 cup (150 grams)
- Oil - 2 tbsp
