This dish is a power pack of flavours and nobody does it quite like it.They frequent the local market areas of Phuket, Kata beach and Rawai. There are quite a few ingredients like Cashews, peanuts, Mango, Onion, coriander, Dried crispy fish, dried shrimp, Lime juice, palm sugar and fish sauce to name a few.
