This black pepper chicken is incredibly crispy, sticky, saucy and sweet, all my favorites when it comes to a great chicken dinner. Serve this over some rice and you’ve got yourself an easy dinner that your whole family will enjoy.


South Indian black pepper chicken
Ingredients quantity
Chicken 2 breasts
Salt to taste+ to taste
Soy sauce 1tsp+ 1tbsp
Vinegar 1tsp+ 1tbsp
Black pepper powder 1tsp + 1 ½ tsp+ ¼ tsp
Refined flour 1tbsp
Corn starch 1tbsp
Egg 1whole
Oil for frying + for sauté
Garlic chopped 1tbsp
Ginger chopped 1tbsp
Green chilies chopped 4-5 no.
Curry leaves 6-7no.
Onion chopped 1no.
Cube onion 1no.small
Cube capsicum 1no. Small
Green chili sauce 3tbsp
Spring onion 1tbsp+ for garnish



Method
1. First take the chicken breast the cut them into small cubes. Mean while keep the oil for frying.
2. Now take bowl add chicken, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper powder, refined flour, corn starch flour and whole egg and mix properly.
3. Once the oil is hot add the marinated chicken in it and fry till they are soft.
4. Now in pan add oil, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped green chilies, black pepper powder and sauté it properly for 1min.
5. Now add curry leaves and mix it again, add chopped onion and sauté it for 3-4 mins.
6. Now add cube onion, cube capsicum and sauté for more 2 mins.
7. Now add soy sauce, vinegar, green chili sauce and salt to taste and spring onion, and fried chicken and mix it properly.
8. Our chicken is ready.
9. Serve it in a bowl, sprinkle black pepper powder and spring onion.
