It's a popular alternative to meat dishes.#easyrecipe #vegiterian #soya #biryani #soyachap Ingredient3 tbsp Oil 2 no Bay leaves1 tsp Cumin seeds2 no Onion chopped 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste3 no Tomato choppedSalt to taste2 tsp Kashmiri red Chilli powder tsp Turmeric powder1 tbsp Coriander powder1 tsp Garam masala tsp Green cardamom powder cup Water5 no Frozen soya chaap1 cup Water1 cup Curd3 no Green chili slit1 inch Ginger julienne 25-30 no Mint leaves2 tbsp Fresh coriander chopped1 tbsp Fried brown onion (brishta)1 tsp Whole black pepper1 tbsp Ghee1 no Lemon juice tsp Saffron2 liter Water1 tbsp Salt2 no Bay leaves1 tsp Caraway Seeds tsp Black pepper1 cup Parliament gold jumbo basmati rice soaked1 tsp Fresh coriander chopped 10-12 no Mint leaves1 tsp Brishta tsp Green cardamom powder tsp Garam masala1 tsp Saffron water1 tsp Rose water1 tbsp Ghee1 inch Ginger julienne5-6 no Mint leaves tsp Brishta tsp Garam masala tsp Green cardamom powder tsp Saffron water tsp Rose water3 tbsp GheeTight dough for dumMethod 1. Take a Handi on medium flame add oil, bay leaves and cumin seeds and saut for a minute.2. Now add chopped onion and fry for 4-5 minutes until light brown.3. Add ginger-garlic paste, chopped tomato and salt as per taste and fry until it becomes a paste.4. Now add Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, green cardamom powder and some water and cook for a minute.5. Take a frozen soya chaap cut into a round shape and add soya and water to the masala and mix well.6. Now whisk a curd and add in it.7. Add slit green chilli, julienne ginger, mint leaves, chopped fresh coriander, brown onion (brishta), whole black pepper, ghee, lemon juice and saffron mix well.8. Now take a kadai on medium flame add water, salt, bay leaves, Caraway Seeds, black pepper and boil the water.9. Add soaked Parliament Gold Jumbo Basmati rice in boiling water and cook till 85%.10. Take that masala base handi and add boiled rice in it and spread it all around to make a layer.11. Add on top chopped coriander, mint leaves, brown onion, green cardamom powder, garam masala, saffron, rose water, ghee and julienne ginger.12. Now make a second layer and add boiled rice, mint leaves, brown onion, garam masala, green cardamom powder, saffron, rose water and ghee.13. Apply dough on the edges of the lid and place the lid on the vessel and place a jug of water on top of the lid.14. It dum on high flame for the first 10 minutes.15. After that remaining 12-15 minute in medium flame. 16. Enjoy the soya chaap biryani with raita.
