It's made from textured soy protein.#soyachilli #streetfood #easyrecipe Ingredients quantity Oil 1 tbspGarlic chopped 1 tbspGinger chopped 1 tbspGreen chilli chopped 2 noGreen chilli slit 4 noCapsicum diced 1 no Onion diced 1 noSalt to taste Black pepper powder tsp Soya sauce 3 tspGreen chilli sauce 1 tbspRed chilli sauce 2 tbsp Vinegar 1 tsp Red chilli powder tspSoya soaked 1 cupSpring onion chopped 2 tbsp Method Soak for soya in warm water either than boil in hot water. Then stain the water. Put back in water because soya became soft. Heat oil in a kadhai on medium flame. Add garlic, ginger and saut.Now add green chilli chopped, green chilli slit and saut. Add capsicum, onion, salt and tossed for 2 minute.Add black pepper, soya sauce, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, red chilli powder and mix.Now add soaked soya and stir to cook properly.Finally add green onions and take out in a serving bowl.Garnish with spring onion.
