(In the order of instructions)
2 Cardamoms
1 Cinnamon stick
2 Cloves
Salt to taste
1 tsp Ghee
2 cups soaked Rice

For the Gravy:
2 tsp Ghee
2 tbsp Oil
2 Cinnamon sticks
2 Bay leaves
3 Cardamoms
4 Cloves
1 1/2 tsp Cumin/Jeera
2 Onions
2 chopped Green Chillies
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
2 Tomatoes
Salt to taste
2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric/Haldi powder
2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Biryani masala
1/2 cup Curd
1 cup Soya chunks
A handful of Coriander leaves
Ghee as required
Orange food colour
Coriander leaves
Fried Onions
