SOYA CHUNKS FRYIngredients2 cups soya chunks, soaked Salt to taste5-6 chopped curry leaves1 tsp garam masala2 tsps ginger-garlic paste1 tsp red chilli powder4 tbsps corn starch + coating1 tbsp chopped corianderOil for deep fryingTomato ketchup for servingMethod1. Grind the soaked soya chunks into a coarse paste.2. In a bowl, add the prepared soya paste, salt, curry leaves, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, corn starch, coriander. Mix well.3. Divide into equal portions and make small roundels.4. Heat oil in a pan; coat the prepared roundels with corn starch and deep fry till crispy and golden brown.5.
