Heat a pressure cooker in medium flame add oil, bay leaves and cumin seeds saut for minute.2. Now add chopped onion and saut for 3-4 minute.3. Take a mixer jar add fresh coriander, mint leaves, sliced coconut, green chili and some water grind a smooth paste.4. In that cooker add ginger garlic paste, chopped tomato and salt to taste and saut for 3 minute.5. Now add cube potato, cube carrot, French beans, julienne ginger and slit green chili again saute for 3 minute.6. Add coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder and mix well.7. Now add curd, chutney paste, lemon juice and soaked soya keema cook for 2 minute.8. Finally add parliament rozana basmati rice and some water mix well.9. Cover and pressure cook for 3 whistles or until the rice is cooked well.10.
