Soya Keema Matar is a vegetarian Keema dish that is not only delicious but also healthy. The delicious veg keema is made from soya granules or soya chunks with peas and some Indian aromatic spices. Healthy and delicious Soya Keema Matar can be made easily and can be enjoyed at lunch or dinner with roti, paratha or rice, you can also give this delicious dish to your children in their lunch box.Soya Keema Matar Oil 3-6tbspBay leaf 2noCumin seeds 1tspDry whole red chili 16-18no.Onion chopped 3no.Water as required+ as required+1/2 cupGinger chopped 1 1/2tbspGarlic chopped 1tbspGreen chilies chopped 2-3no.Tomato chopped 3no.Sal to tasteCoriander powder 2tbspGaram masala 1tspTurmeric powder ½ tspRed chili powder 1tspGreen peas 1cup (200gms”)Chopped coriander 3-4tbspCurd 3tbspSoya keema 1cup (200gms)Kasuri methi 1tspMethod 1. First in pan add oil, bay leaf and cumin seeds and sauté it for a min.2. Now add chopped onion in it and sauté till the onions are brown in color.3. Now take the soaked dry whole red chili and grind them in the mixture jar and add little bit of water.4. Now add ginger chopped, garlic chopped, green chilies chopped and sauté it for 2mins.5. Now add chopped tomatoes and salt, sauté altogether properly for 3-4mins.6. Now add coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder and the half part of red chili paste and mix it properly.7. Cook it for 3-4 mins properly to get the taste better.8. Now add green peas and let it cook for 4-5mins. Mean while chop the coriander9. Now add curd to balance the flavor and cook for 3-4mins.10. Once the gravy leaves the oil from sides add the soya keema in it and mix it properly.11. Now sauté altogether for 7-8 mins, after that add little water and cook again for 6-8mins.12. Now add kasuri methi and chopped coriander and mix it again.13. Our soya keema is ready to serve.14.
