A delicious recipe made with the scrumptious Soya bean chunks SOYA MATAR MASALA Ingredient½ cup green peas1 cup soya chunks, soaked in warm water3 small onion, peeled and quarter 2 medium tomatoes, quarter 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp cumin seeds1 tbsp ginger-garlic pasteSalt to taste1 tsp red chilli powder ¼ tsp turmeric powder1½ tsps cumin powder1½ tsps coriander powder½ tbsp garam masala powder1 tbsp freshly chopped corianderCoriander sprig for garnishMethod1. In a blender jar, add onion, tomato and grind into fine puree and set aside2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and let the colour change.3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute. Add prepared onion-tomato puree, mix well and cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes.4. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, mix well. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.5. Add soya chunks, green peas, and garam masala powder, and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add chopped coriander, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.6.
