Soya Nugget do Piaza is a phenomenal dish made healthier by the use of soya nuggets, which in turn, only enhances the taste.SOYA NUGGET DO PIAZAIngredients1 cup soya nugget, soaked3 medium onions15-20 shallots4 tbsps oil1 tbsp chopped ginger1 tbsp chopped garlic1 tbsp coriander powder¼ tsp turmeric powder½ tsp red chilli powder130 gm bhuna masalaA few sprigs fresh coriander leaves2 tbsps fresh creamMethod1. Heat 2 tbsps oil in each of 2 non-stick pans. Halve onions and cut each half into 4 pieces. 2. Add shallots to one pan, cover and cook. 3. Add the onion pieces to the 2nd pan. Add ginger and garlic and saute till lightly coloured. 4. Add soya nuggets, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix. Add bhuna masala and 2 tbsps water and mix. Add salt. 5. Chop coriander leaves and add. Mix well, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add cream and mix.6. Transfer into a serving dish.
