#soyapalakmethibuger These burgers have a crisp pan fried patty or cutlet made with soya granules and textured vegetables veggies, spices and herbs.Ingredients QuantityOil for cookingGarlic chopped 1 tbspSpinach chopped 1 cupFenugreek leaves chopped 1 cup Soya Keema 1 cupCoriander Powder 1 tbspRed Chilli Powder 1 tspTurmeric Powder tspSalt to tastePotato (boiled) 2 noCoriander leaves chopped 2 tbspBread crumbs 2-3 tbspOnion chopped 1 noBurger Bun 1 noMayonnaise 1 tbspButter 2 tbspTomato Ketchup 1 tbspOnions slice 1. (Small)Tomato sliced 1. (Small)Cheese Slice 1 noFrench fries to serve. Method :-1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, spinach, fenugreek leaves and soya keema, mix well and saut for 30 sec.2. Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt, mix well and saut for 1 min. 3. Add boiled potato, and mix well. 4. Remove the mixture in a bowl, add chopped coriander and bread crumbs, mix well.5. Add chopped onion and mix well.6. Take a burger bun, cut it into 2 pieces.7. Heat 1 tbsp of butter in a pan and grilled the bun until brown in colour. Keep it aside.8. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan.9. Grease your hands with oil, take some mixture and make round shape like patties.10. Shallow fry the patties in oil till crisp and brown from both sides. 11. Take one half of the burger bun apply remaining butter, mayonnaise and tomato ketchup.12. Arrange onion rings, sliced tomatoes and patties, put cheese slice on top of the patties and cover it with the other half of the burger bun. 13. Place it on serving plate and serve hot with French fries.
