Soya Paneer Bhurji and Palak Paratha with Lobia Salad Chef Harpal Singh X Borosil

Soya Paneer Bhurji and Palak Paratha with Lobia Salad is complete meal in which Soya Paneer Bhurji is a delicious and nutritious Indian dish made with soya granules and paneer, along with a blend of spices and vegetables. Palak Paratha is a nutritious and flavorful Indian flatbread made with spinach and whole wheat flour. Lobia Salad is a nutritious and flavorful salad made with black-eyed peas, vegetables, and a tangy dressing.

Palak paratha
Ingredients Quantity
Wheat flour 2 cup
Cumin powder tsp
Black salt tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Red Chilli powder tsp
Ginger chopped 1 tsp
Spinach puree cup
Green Chilli chopped 2 no
Onion chopped no
Water as required
Oil 1 tbsp
Ghee as required
Chaat masala for sprinkle
Method
Take a large mixing bowl add wheat flour, cumin powder, black salt, cumin seed, salt, red Chilli powder, ginger chopped, spinach puree, green chill and onion chopped mix well.
Then add little water and oil. Knead soft dough and cover the dough with tissue paper.
Leave the dough for a rest while now.
Take a small amount of atta and roll with the help of hand it into a small ball shape.
Roll the atta into a round shape, add ghee and flour to it and close it. Roll it in square shape.
Take a borosil vajra non-stick tawa on medium flame. Then roast the paratha and add on top of ghee.
Serve hot and spicy paratha in borosil tiffin container.

Paneer soya bhurji
Ingredients quantity
Oil 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds tsp
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped tsp
Green Chilli chopped 2 no
Onion chopped 1 no
Salt to taste
Tomato chopped 2 no
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Garam masala tsp
Turmeric powder tsp
Red Chilli powder tsp
Soya granules 1 cup
Paneer 250 gm
Coriander chopped 2 tbsp
Ghee 1 tbsp

Method
Take a borosil vajra nonstick kadhai and add oil, cumin seeds, ginger chopped, garlic chopped, green Chilli chopped saute for a min.
Then add onion chopped and salt and saute. Then add tomato and saute until they melt.
Add coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and red Chilli powder saute for a minute.
Add soaked soya kheema and add little water mix well and cook for 3-4 minute.
Add Crumble the paneer with the help of hand and Mix well.
Add fresh coriander and ghee in last.
Side out in borosil tiffin container.

Lobia salad
Ingredients quantity
Lobia boiled 1 cup
Onion chopped 1 no
Tomato chopped 1 no
Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
Black salt tsp
Cumin powder tsp
Chaat masala tsp
Green Chilli chopped 2 no
Lemon juice tsp
Salt to taste
Method
Take a large mixing bowl add lobia boiled, onion, tomato, fresh coriander, black salt, cumin powder, chaat masala, green Chill, lemon juice and salt.
Mix well properly then serve in borosil tiffin container.
