Wholesome breakfast recipe of paranthas stuffed with spicy soya mince mixture.SOYA PARANTHAIngredients1 ½ cup soya mince, soakedWhole wheat flour dough as required1 tsp ghee + for basting2 green chillies, finely chopped½ inch piece ginger, finerly chopped6-8 garlic cloves, finely chopped1 medium onion, finely chopped¼ tsp turmeric powder½ tsp red chilli powder½ tsp garam masala powder¼ tsp coriander powderSalt to tasteJuice of ½ a lemonGhee for greasing and roastedYogurt and pickle for serving Method1. Heat ghee in non-stick pan, add green chillies ,ginger, garlic, onion sauté till onion get translucent 2. Add turmeric powder , red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder and add some water, mix well.3. Add salt, soya mince and sauté for 2-3 minutes.4. Switch off the heat, drizzle some lemon juice, mix well and set aside 5. Divide the dough into equal portion and shape them into balls. flatten a little and roll out into small discs. Make a deep bowl of it.6. Stuff soya mixture on it, pinch the edges to seal. Roll out a little to make a parantha. Similarly prepare more paranthas.7. Heat a non-stick tawa, place a parantha on it and roast, basting with ghee, till evely golden from both sides.8.
