An authentic recipe of spaghetti pasta cooked in a deliciously lusciously and perfectly balanced tomato sauce.SPAGHETTI BOLOGNAISEIngredients 300 grams spaghetti300 grams mutton minceSalt to taste2 tsps + 1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp finely chopped garlic1 tbsp finely chopped celery stalk1 medium onion, finely chopped1 small carrot, chopped1½ cup tomato concasse ½ cup tomato pureeCrushed black peppercorns to taste½ tbsp Tata Sampann Garam Masala1 tsp red chilli powderParmesan cheese as requiredParsley sprigs for garnishMethod1. Boil sufficient water in a deep pan, add salt, 2 tsps oil, spaghetti and cook till al-dante.2. Heat remaining oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic, celery and onion and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes.3. Add carrot and sauté for 2 minutes. Add mutton mince and sauté for 4-5 minutes on high heat.4. Add tomato concasse and tomato puree, mix well. Add crushed black peppercorns, Tata Sampann Garam Masala and sauté for 1 minute.5. Add red chilli powder, salt and continue cooking till the sauce thickens.6. Strain spaghetti with the help of strainer.7. Place the portion of spaghetti on a serving plate and top with the prepared sauce.8. Grate some parmesan cheese on it and garnish with parsley sprigs.
