Aloo Muthia
आलू - Potato - 2 no (175 grams)
चावल का आटा - Rice Flour - 1/2 Cup (75 grams)
बेसन - Gram Flour -1/2 Cup (65 grams)
दही - Curd - 1/2 Cup
अदरक - Ginger - 1 inch, grated
हरी मिर्च - Green Chilli - 2 nos, finely chopped
जीरा - Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
हल्दी - Turmeric Powder -1/2 tsp
नमक - Salt - 3/4 tsp
हरा धनिया - Coriander Leaves (2-3 tbsp)
बेकिंग सोडा - Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
तेल - Oil - 1.5 tbsp
काली सरसों - Black Mustard - 1/2 tsp
सफेद तिल - Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp
करी पत्ता - Curry leaves - 10-12
नमक - Salt -1/4 tsp
लाल मिर्च - Red Chilli -1/4 tsp
