Spicy Coconut chutney| Kochu Logam |

Coconut - 5 spoon
Dry red chilli - 5-6 or else chilli powder
Oil
Curry leaf
Kashmiri chilli powder- for colour
Salt to taste
In a tawa heat 2 tsp of oil add curry leaf and red dry chilli and coconut and saute well then add Kashmiri chilli powder and saute till the raw smell is gone.
Allow it Cool and add water or curd and grind to fine paste and serve with idili dosa office items
