• 1 cup green and yellow bell pepper finely chopped, use any bell pepper you have, I decide to use them for color
• 1/2 cup finely chopped tomato
• 1 tablespoon ginger juice
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black salt, optional
• 1 teaspoon roasted cumin seed powder
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped green chili adjust to taste
• 2 tablespoons cilantro finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
