Check out the video.SPICY FISHIngredients1 red snapper fillet, cut into 3 inch pieces1 lemon, cut into halfSalt to taste1½ tsps paprika powder1 tsp dried ginger powder1 tsp all spice powder1 tsp crushed black peppercorns1 tsp curry powder1 tsp cayenne pepper powder1 tsp cumin powder2½ tbsps olive oilLemon slices for garnishSalad to serveMethod1. In a shallow bowl, add the fish pieces, squeeze lemon on it. Add salt and rub well. Set aside for 15-20 minutes.2. Add paprika powder in the same bowl. Add dried ginger powder, all spice, crushed black peppercorns, curry powder, cayenne powder, cumin powder, salt and 1½ tbsps oil. Rub well and set aside for 10-15 minutes. 3. Take a butter paper pieces and place the fish on it. Wrap from all the sides and set aside.4. Heat remaining oil in a non-stick pan, place the fish on it. Cook for 1-2 minutes, flip, cover and cook till the fish is cooked completely.5. Discard the butter paper, and place the fish pieces on a serving plate.
