It tastes best when paired up with dried chilli or pickleSPICY GANTHIA Ingredients1½ cup gram flourSalt to taste ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon carom seeds1 tablespoon oil + for deep-fryingMethod 1. Mix together, gram flour, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, carom seeds and oil. 2. Add water as required and knead a soft dough. 3. Shape the dough in a cylinder and add it to a sev press. 4. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai to deep-fry. 5. Pipe out the sev in the heated oil with a sev press and fry till golden brown. 6. Drain on absorbent paper. 7. Serve once at room temperature.
