Take 100 grams or 7-jwala green chili, discard the stalk, and cut them into bite-size. 2. Take 3-tomatoes, cut the head, and chop them into big pieces. 3. Heat 2-3 tbsp of mustard oil in the Kadai.4. Add 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds, 1-pinch hing, 1 tsp grated ginger, chopped chilies to the hot oil and saute for a minute or two. 5. Now, add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, chopped tomatoes, and other spices. 6. Add 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp of fennel powder, 1/2 tsp of red chili powder, 1 tsp of salt to the Kadai, and mix well.7. Cook covered for 2 minutes over medium heat.8. Tomatoes and chilies should be lightly cooked. Do not make them mushy.9. Check after 2 minutes and cook again for 2 more mins if not cooked. 10.
