SPICY MASALA PRAWNSIngredients18-20 medium prawns, cleaned and deveined2 tablespoons ghee1 medium onion, chopped5-6 garlic cloves, chopped1 teaspoon cumin (jeera) powder1 teaspoon coriander powder2 tablespoons chilli pasteSalt to taste1 medium tomato, chopped1 tablespoon tomato ketchup1 teaspoon vinegar 2 tablespoons chopped fresh corianderMethod1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan and add onions, sauté till translucent.2. Add garlic, sauté till fragrant. 3. Add cumin powder and coriander powder, mix well. Stir and cook. 4. Add chilli paste, mix well. Stir and cook, add salt and mix. 5. Add tomatoes, stir well. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. 6. Add prawns, toss well. Add some water; mix and cook on simmer for 5-6 minutes. 7. Add tomato ketchup and stir well, add vinegar and mix. Cook for 4-5 minutes. 8.
