Oil3 Onions, finely chopped2 tbsp. Coriander seeds2 Bay leaves1 tsp. Mustard seeds1 Star anise4-5 Cloves3 Green cardamoms1 Black cardamom1 tsp. Caraway seeds1 tbsp. Poppy seeds1 tsp. Stone flower7-8 Dry red chillies2-inch piece of Cinnamon10-12 Black pepper3 tbsp. Dry coconut1 tbsp. Ginger-garlic paste2 tbsp. Sorghum flour2 tbsp. Oil750 gms. Chicken on the boneMethod:-- In a kadhai, fry onions in oil until it changes colour.- Now add coriander seeds, bay leaves, mustard seeds, star anise, cloves, cardamoms, poppy seeds, stone flower, dry red chillies, cinnamon, black pepper and dry coconut.
