Cashew nuts, 8-10 no. Raisins, cup Milk (for finishing) For Garnish Coriander sprig, ProcessFor MarinationIn a bowl, add degi red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, asafoetida, salt to taste, oil and mix well.Add ridge gourd and mix it well. Keep it aside to rest for 5-6 minutes.For PasteIn a mortar pestle, add ginger, green chillies and grind it into coarsely paste.Keep it aside for further use.For Curd MixtureIn a bowl, add prepared ginger green chili paste, curd and mix it well.Keep it aside for further use.For Roasting NutsIn a pan, add remaining excess oil, cashew nuts, raisins and toss it well.Keep it aside for further use. For Turai SabjiIn a handi or kadai, add oil, once it's hot, add marinated turai and cover it with the lid.Cook it for 3-4 minutes or until tender on low flame.Add prepared curd mixture, cover it with the lid and cook it for a while.Add roasted nuts and mix it well.
