Spinach flavoured balls stuffed with cheese mixture and deep fried.SPINACH CHEESE BALLS Ingredients 1 cup spinach puree⅓ cup grated cheddar cheese⅓ cup grated processed cheese3 tablespoons cornflour¼ cup breadcrumbs¼ cup panko breadcrumbsSalt to tasteBlack pepper powder to taste 2 teaspoons red chilli flakesOil for deep-frying½ cup shredded cabbage3 tablespoons carrot strips1 tablespoon lemon juice Method 1. Mix together spinach puree, cornflour, breadcrumbs, panko breadcrumbs, salt and pepper powder in a bowl. 2. Mix together cheddar cheese, processed cheese, salt, pepper powder and chilli flakes in another bowl. 3. Divide the spinach mixture into equal portions, stuff with cheese mixture and shape into balls. 4. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry balls golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. 5. Mix together cabbage, carrot, pepper powder, salt and lemon juice in a bowl. 6. Serve with spinach cheese balls.
