Filter boiled potatoes through a sieve to get fine and smooth paste. 2. Now, add rice flour, salt, black pepper in the potato paste and knead into a smooth dough. 3. Roll into a long thin pipe then cut into small portions. Mark with a fork and deep fry until golden and crispy. Sprinkle chat masala and parsley. Serve.Directions for Spring Rolls:1. In a preheated pan, add oil. Saute garlic for a minute. 2. Add chicken, capsicum, carrot, cabbage and cook over high flame for 2 minutes or until soft. 3. Add soy sauce, hot sauce, salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, white pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes.4. Add slurry and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium to low heat.5. Lastly, add green onion. Give it a good mix. Take off the flame and cool down to room temperature.6. Take the spring roll sheet, add a sufficient amount of chicken vegetable filling, start to fold either ends inwards to seal the openings. 7. Apply a little flour mixture on the edges and roll to seal the edges.8. Deep fry until golden and crispy. Serve.9. Your Spring Rolls are ready.
