Looking for healthy snacking options??? Look no further, I bring to you sprout salad. It is a delicious and healthy snack that comes loaded with health benefits. It has protein in it with goodness of tomatoes and freshness of cucumber to make your health as well as uplift your mood. If you are a fitness enthusiast, you can have it as a pre and post workout food too.
Ingredients:
Pulses like green moong, Chana, chickpeas etc.
Chopped vegetables like paneer, cucumber, onions, tomatoes add as per availability at your home.
Lime juice
Recipe
• Take you favorite pulses like Green moong, Chana, chickpeas.
• Take them and soak them overnight, after this take them, drain the water and tie them in a muslin cloth (cloth should not be dry). Let them sprout for a day or two.
• Now take these in a bowl and microwave it for a minute.
• Take some chopped paneer, cucumber, onions, tomatoes add as per availability at your home and add all these to make delicious sprouts salad.
