To make pesto, blend together basil leaves, almonds, garlic, parmesan cheese powder, salt, crushed peppercorns and olive oil to a smooth paste. 2. Put fish pieces on a plate. Add prepared pesto and rub well on both sides. 3. Heat sufficient water in a steamer. Grease the steamer plate with some oil, place fish pieces on it and steam for 10-15 minutes. 4.
