Ideal for the health freaksSTEAMED TOFU WITH CHICKEN MINCEIngredients75 gms tofu100 gms chicken minceSalt to taste1 tsp soy sauce1½ tsps cornstarch1 egg1 small broccoli 4 tsps sesame oil Black pepper powder to tasteMethod1. Cut tofu into small cubes. 2. Place chicken mince in a bowl, add salt, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1½ tsps cornstarch, 1 egg and mix well.3. Heat 1½ cups water in a wide non-stick pan. Line a bamboo steamer with banana leaves.4. Take a porcelain bowl that will fit into the steamer.5. Put half the tofu into the bowl, top it with chicken mince mixture. Put the remaining tofu over it.6. Cut broccoli into small florets and spread over the tofu. Drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle salt and pepper powder. 7.
