Napoleon Chicken

Ingredients for Napoleon Sauce:
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Ketchup 1 cup
Sriracha sauce 1/4 cup
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Cream 1/2 cup
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp

Ingredients for Cheese Filling:
Nurpur Cheddar Cheese (grated) 1 pack
Black olives (chopped) 1 tbsp
Jalapenos (chopped) 2 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp

Ingredients for Stir Fried Veggies:
Oil 1 tbsp
Potato wedges (blanched) 1 cup
Carrot (blanched) 1 cup
French beans (blanched) 1 cup
Broccoli (blanched) 1 cup
Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Salt tsp

Ingredients for Napoleon Chicken:
Chicken Breast 1-2
Salt 1/2 tsp + 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp + 1/2 tsp
Cheese filling as required
All-purpose flour as required
Beaten eggs as required
Bread crumbs as required
Oil (for frying) as required
Napoleon sauce as required
Stir fried veggies as required

Directions for Napoleon Sauce Preparation:
1. In a pan heat oil and add garlic. Cook for a minute.
2. Add ketchup, sriracha sauce, chili sauce and mix it well. Add cream and cook for a minute. Add red chili flakes, salt and mix it well.
Directions for Cheese Filling Preparation:
3. In a bowl add Nurpur Cheddar Cheese, black olives, jalapenos, red chili flakes, salt, black pepper powder and mix it well.
Directions for Stir Fried Veggies Preparation:
4. Add oil, potatoes, French beans, carrot, broccoli and fry for a minute. Add black pepper, oregano, salt and fry for a minute. Set aside.
Directions for Napoleon Chicken Preparation:
5. Take chicken breast and cut into thin fillets. Place this fillet between 2 sheets of plastic wrap and gently flatten the chicken fillet with hammer.
6. Now season each side with salt and black pepper.
7. Place cheese filling in the center of seasoned chicken fillet and roll it into log shape. Wrap it in in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
8. Now coat this cheese stuffed chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs and then coat in bread crumbs.
9. Deep fry them until fully done.
10. Cut them into 2 halves and drizzle Napoleon Sauce on them.
11. Your Napoleon Chicken is ready. Serve with Stir Fried Veggies and enjoy.
