Stir Fried Chicken Chef Harpal Singh

#StirFriedChicken this chicken stir-fry recipe is packed with veggies and quick and easy to prepare. Try adding any of your favorite vegetables. Serve it with white or brown rice, or noodles.

Ingredient Quantity
Chicken breast 1no's
Salt to taste
Red chili sauce 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1tsp + 1 tsp
Corn starch 1tbsp
Refined flour 1tbsp
Oil 3tbsp
Spring onions 2no's
Chopped Garlic 2tbsp
Chopped Ginger 1tbsp
Fresh red chilies 1tbsp
Green chilies sauce 2tbsp
Sugar 1tsp

Method:
1. Thinly slice the chicken breast and keep it in bowl.
2. Add salt, red chili sauce and soya sauce mix it well.
3. Now add corn starch and refined flour, mix it well and keep it aside
4. Heat oil in wok, add chicken and stir fry for 4-5 min.
5. Meanwhile cut the spring onion and keep it aside.
6. Remove the chicken in plate and keep it aside.
7. In the same oil add chopped garlic, chopped Ginger and red chilies, mix it well and saut for 1 min.
8. Add spring onions, green chili sauce, soya sauce, salt and sugar, mix it well and cook for 1 min.
9. Now add fried chicken and toss it well.
10. Remove in serving plate and serve hot.
