Squids tossed with onions, bell peppers and aromatic spices. A super-quick stir-fry you can put together in minutes.

STIR FRIED SQUIDS

Ingredients

4 large squids, cleaned and cut into rings
1½ tbsps oil
Salt to taste
½ tsp Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder
2 tsps chopped garlic
½ tsp chopped ginger
1 small onion, cut into dices
2-3 green chillies, slit
¼ cup mixed coloured capsicum dices
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp butter

Method

1. Heat oil in a non-stick wok, meanwhile, take squid rings in a bowl. Sprinkle salt, Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder and mix well. Set aside.
2. Add garlic, ginger and sauté for a few seconds. Add onion and sauté till translucent.
3. Add the squid rings, green chillies and mixed capsicums. Toss on high heat.
4. Add salt, lemon juice and toss again. Add butter and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes and take it off heat.
5. Serve hot.
