Stir Fry Blue Crabs with Ginger and Scallions | Panlasang Pinoy

This cooking demonstration shows how to cook a delicious blue crab dish known as stir fry blue crabs with ginger and scallions. This is an Asian dish wherein crabs are cut in half and then stir fried with oyster sauce, sesame oil, scallions (also known as green onions), and other ingredients. It is usually eaten for lunch along with noodles or rice.

Blue crabs were used in the video. These are also called cangrejo, alimasag, alimango, kreeftdier, krabbe, krab, rak, 螃蟹, caranguejo, and سَرَطَان in other countries.
