Strawberry & Peach Chia Seed Jam Healthy Jam Recipe

If your kids are anything like mine then they absolutely love jam. But quite often its packed with refined sugar so today I'm sharing a slightly healthier and homemade recipe for Strawberry & Peach Chia Seed Jam. Super easy to make, the kids will love this!

Ingredients:
300g / 2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
3 whole peaches (fresh or canned)
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp chia seeds
