Freshly baked garlic bread with cheesy stuffing.STUFFED GARLIC BREADIngredients2 teaspoons garlic powderChopped garlic as required 1 cup refined flour (maida) + for dusting1 teaspoon fresh yeast1½ teaspoons castor sugarSalt to taste1 tablespoon olive oil + for greasing1 teaspoon dried rosemary1 teaspoon dried basil1 teaspoon dried oregano1 teaspoon _________1 teaspoon paprika Polenta for dustingSome mixed pepper strips for topping10 grams mozzarella cheeseMilk for brushing Melted butter for brushing Method1. Take yeast in a bowl. Add ½ teaspoon castor sugar and 2-3 tablespoons warm water, mix and set aside for 5 minutes to activate.2. Sift flour in another bowl. Add salt and remaining castor sugar and mix. Make a well in the centre, add activated yeast and mix well. Add some water and knead to a soft dough. Add olive oil, knead, cover and set aside to prove for 10-15 minutes. 3. Preheat oven to 180º C. Grease a baking tray with some olive oil.4. Mix together rosemary, basil, oregano, garlic powder, _______ and paprika in a bowl. 5. Dust the worktop with some flour and polenta, place the dough on it and rollout into a large thick disc. 6. Place mixed pepper on one side, sprinkle some herb mixture and salt on top.7. Grate mozzarella cheese, brush the edges with some milk, bring the other side over and press edges to seal and make a crescent shape. 8. Place stuffed garlic bread on greased tray, make incisions on it and brush some milk. Sprinkle some herb mixture and chopped garlic on top. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. 9. Brush some butter on top, cut into pieces and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
