- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds -1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida -1/2 Pinch
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
- Fennel Powder - 1 tsp
- Dry Mango Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli - 1/2 tsp, Crushed
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp

and Oil for Frying
