Bharwan Bhindi is a spicy delicious filling which is filled in the slit bhindis makes for a lovely side dish with roti or Paratha of choice. This recipe belongs to Rajasthan where besan and curd are used extensively in cooking.

Ingredients:
Okra 10 n
Red chilly powder 1 tb
Turmeric ¼ ts
Hing ½ ts
Chopped coriander 1 b
Ginger garlic paste 1 tb
Salt
Oil 3 tb
Lemon juice 2 tb
Cumin seeds 1 ts

Method

Take small okra and cut open,
Take a plate add red chilly powder, turmeric, chopped coriander, ginger garlic paste, salt, coriander powder add some oil mix it, add dry mango powder, lemon juice, spread the mixture in each okra keep it aside.

Heat oil in the pan add cumin seeds, hing, add stuffed okras, and toss them, put the lid let it cook on a low flame, and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
