Here is how to make stuffed Tomato at home.Ingredients:5 Tomatoes1 large boiled Potato1/2 tsp Garam masala1/2 cup grated Paneer1 tsp Cumin/Jeera powder1/2 tsp SaltFor the Gravy:1 sliced Onion1 sliced Tomato2 tbsp Cashew nuts2 tbsp Melon seeds1/2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste2 Cardamom/Elaichi2 Cloves3 slit green Chillies1 tsp Coriander powder1/2 tsp Turmeric/Haldi1 tsp Kasuri methi2 tbsp Ghee3 tbsp Oil1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder1/2 tsp Garam masala2 tbsp Cream1/2 tsp sugarSalt to tasteCoriander leavesMethod: -- Prepare the Tomatoes by cutting the top, scooping the inside and slicing the base. -- Prepare the stuffing by adding Cumin powder, Garam masala and salt to mashed Paneer and Potatoes. -- Stuff the Tomatoes with the filling, close and secure it with toothpicks. Cook for 3-4 minutes.-- In the same pan, saute sliced Onions, sliced Tomatoes, Cashew nuts, Melon seeds and Ginger Garlic paste for 3-4 minutes.
