Is it similar to the movie?It cost a lot to make, but I was really happy with it.In the movie, they say its a special prawn only found in the South Pole.So, I tried making it with king black tiger shrimp, the biggest shrimp I could find.But it didnt have the look I was going for, so I tried with lobsters without chelae.(Watch till the end for bloopers.)There is a mention in the movie that the tartar was made using the tomalley. It was the best tartar sauce I had ever tried. It was so rich in flavor.I have 2 more shrimps leftover.What would recommend me to make with them?This video is CC subtitle enabled. Turn on the setting to view English subtitle.* : Fried lobster1. , 10 .1. Pour equal parts water and rice wine into a steamer. Then, bring to the boil, add lobster and cook it for 10min.2. , , .2. Separate the body and head, scrape out the tomalley and set aside for later. Shell the body except for the tail.3. , & .3. Remove moisture of lobster using paper towel and season with salt and pepper.4. - - , 175 5 . 4. Coat the lobster body only with flour, egg and bread crumbs respectively and fry it for about 5min at 175 until golden brown. .I made sure not to submerge the tail to keep the look as in the movie.* : TarTar sauce with lobster tomalley 1 1, 1/2, 1/2, 2 1/2, 1 ( ), , , , 1/21cup ~ 1 1/2cup mayo, 1/2cup chopped pickle, 1/2 onion, 2 boiled egg1/2 lemon, 1Tbs white balsamic vinegar or normal vinegar, salt&pepper, 1/2Tbs chopped parsley, lobster tomalley 1. .1. Chop the pickle and onion.2. , , .2. Separate the yolks from boiled egg, chop the egg whites and grind the egg yolks by pressing it though sieve.3. .3.
