Sweet Lie Munchies, Meethe Kurmura, Sweet Cruncies Murmura, Crispy Murmura Ingredients:Lai - 4 cups (100 gms)Sugar - 1 cup (200 gms)How to make sweet laiFor sugar syrup1- Take 1 cup of sugar in a vessel and add ? cup of water in it. 2- Stir and cook until sugar dissolve.3- Cook the sugar syrup until it reaches to its thick consistency. 4- To check the sugar syrup put a drop in a mini bowl and if the drop doesn’t flow that means the sugar syrup has set. 5- Switch off the flame. For lai1- The lais in the packet are crispy but, if your lai has moisturised then roast it to make crispy2- Add1/2 of the sugar syrup in it and mix them. 3- Stir it continuously and separate lais otherwise, lumps will appear if not stirred4- Coat the lais properly with the sugar syrup and add the leftover sugar syrup5- Again, stir it continuously, stop when lai expands and separates.6- Sugar has well and evenly coated so tastier lai is ready to be served. Suggestions:1- Store lai in an airtight container once it cools down.
