Suji Chutney Veg Rolls

SUJI DOUGH PREPARATION :
Fine Semolina(suji) – 1 1/4th cup
Fresh curd(Dahi) – ½ cup
Salt – ½ tsp
Baking soda – 1/8th tsp
Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Herbs – 1 tsp

Veg potato filling :
Paneer – 1 cup grated
Boiled potato – 1 cup grated
Carrot – 1 grated
Onion – ½ chopped
Capsicum – 2 tbsp chopped
Cabbage – 3 tbsp chopped
Green chilli – 2 chopped
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Roasted jeera powder – 3/4th tsp
Chaat masala – ½ tsp
Garam masala - ½ tsp

Tadka:
Oil - 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Garnish with grated coconut
Coriander leaves

Tangy Green Chutney :
Coriander leaves – 1 ½ cup
Tamarind (Deseeded) – 1 ½ tbsp
Jeera – 1 tsp
Bhujia sev – 1 tbsp
Green Chillies – 2
Salt to taste
Water – 2 tbsp
