सूजी नारियल केक
सामग्री:
1/2 कप सूजी
½ कप मैदा
½ कप नारियल का उबटन
½ कप चीनी, दानेदार
½ कप दही
2-3 बड़े चम्मच दूध
1/8 कप अनसाल्टेड मक्खन / घी
½ चम्मच बेकिंग पाउडर
½ चम्मच सोडा

सिरप के लिए:
Water कप पानी
Sugar कप ब्राउन शुगर
Juice चम्मच नींबू का रस
½ बड़े चम्मच। गुलाब जल
3-4 केसर के तार

गार्निशिंग के लिए:
कटा हुआ बादाम और पिस्ता

Semolina Coconut Cake
Ingredients:
1/ 2 cup Semolina
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup desiccated coconut
½ cup sugar, granulated
½ cup curd
2-3 tbsp Milk
1/8 cup unsalted butter/ghee
½ tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp soda

For syrup:
½ cup of water
¼ cup brown sugar
½ tsp lemon juice
½ tbsp. Rosewater
3-4 saffron strands

For garnishing:
Sliced almonds and pistachios
