Ingredients :

1 cup Water
1 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
1 cup Semolina (Suji or Rawaa)
1 tbsp Oil
Oil for deep frying
Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Chaat Masala or any other your choice masala for sprinkling

Note : You may store cut Suji Strips (without frying) in the deep fridge for 2-3 days.
