Heat ghee in a pan , add sugar and cook until its caramelized .2. Now add raisins , cashew , almonds sauté it for 10 seconds .3. Quickly add water and stir well .4. Add semolina and stir continuously for about 15 mins .5. Now add cardamom powder and khoya mix well.6. Transfer it to serving bowl , garnish with remaining khoya assorted nuts .7.
