This quick & easy version of the famous South Indian Breakfast is just as delicious as the regular fermented one which is made using Urad Dal and Rice/Idli Rawa batter. Ingredients:
Suji / Rava / Semolina - 1 1/2 cup
Normal Dahi / Plain Yogurt - 1 1/2 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - to adjust consistency
Eno - 1 1/2 tsp OR Baking Soda/Meetha soda - 3/4 tsp
Oil - to grease idli tray
