Moong Dal - 2 tbsp
Water - ½ cup
Oil - 3 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Hing - ¼ tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 3/4 tsp
Haldi Powder - ¼ tsp
Red chili powder - 1 ½ tsp
Black Salt - 1 tsp
Black Pepper - 1 tsp
Kasoori Methi - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Chat Masala - 1 tsp
Besan - ¾ cup
Sugar - 1 tsp
Water - ¼ cup (more or less)
Water - 3 Cups
Salt - 1 tsp
Suji / Semolina - 1 ½ cup
Oil - 2-3 tbsp
Oil - to deep fry the kachori
