How to prepare suji ke papad?
1. Take 1 cup of semolina and add 6 cups of water to a vessel.
2. Turn on the flame. Add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of salt, and 1 tsp of oil to the water.
3. Add suji gradually to the water and mix well. While stirring continuously, cook the suji over high heat for 5 minutes till a boil.
4. After a boil, cook the mixture for 2 more minutes and pay extra attention to stirring.
5. Take thalis and grease them with ghee to prepare papad.
6. Pour a ladleful of batter into the thali and spread it into a round shape. Likewise, spread the whole batter into the thalis.
7. Dry the spread mixture in the sun for 3 days.
8. Heat the oil in the Kadai to fry the papad.
9. Fry the papads over high heat till brown from both sides. Sprinkle chaat masala over the fried papads.
10. Suji Ke Papad is ready to be served
